  2. I suggest all my patients to practice yoga while on ayurvedic medicines. This will help body to respond well to the medicine consumed and will help quick heal of the clinical condition as well. Yoga is a practice which focus mainly on improving the immune system and increase the overall energy level of the body.It is said that only a person who has a healthy mind can have a healthy body. Yoga helps in stabilizing both mind and body. It infact creates an environment for easy functioning of medicines as well.

More than yoga poses i give prime importance to pranayama and meditation to my patients. Generally patients are lazy when it comes to practicing yoga poses. However pranayama or meditation can easily be practiced by any patient and brings miraculous outcome in addition to the use of this product.
